"Being able to isolate oneself is incredibly valuable. Groupe Ouest is a very calm place, perfect for reflection, while also fostering intense focus. There’s a kind of energy, a sort of bubble, and taking this time to come here and do nothing but this has done me a world of good this year."

Annual Selection 2021
Héloïse, 15, is fleeing an abusive relationship with an older man. One night, she finds herself alone in a city that is not her own, with nowhere to go. She meets Nora, who takes her in. Nora already lives with her daughter and two other young women. They have established their own set of rules—both practical and ideological—that Héloïse must learn. They form a tribe where everything is shared, and they protect each other. But the silence surrounding their past wounds becomes an increasingly heavy burden for these strong yet fragile women.
