Mickaël Ragot

Mickaël Ragot works mainly in Brittany as a chief editor for documentaries, fiction and television. At the same time, he teaches editing at the Université de Bretagne occidentale in Brest, and also at the BTS Métiers de l’audiovisuel at Saint-François Notre-Dame (Lesneven). In 2007, he directed his first film, “Clôture”, as part of the Estran competition.

Alongside Ingrid Patetta, he worked with Groupe Ouest on their co-written project “L’Abri”.

Cross Channel Film Lab 2010

September 1944, the city of Brest is shelled by American bombs. Nearly a thousand French and Germans take refuge in the Sadi-Carnot shelter. On the night of the 8th and 9th, the shelter explodes. Among them a child fleeing danger.
