La Tour de Glace

Seventies. From her high-mountain village, Jeanne, 15, dreams of leaving the orphanage of her childhood and discovering the world. Running away to the city and its lights, she finds refuge in a barn. In the morning, the Snow Queen appears to her, dazzling. The barn turns out to be a studio where a film adapted from the tale is shot. Cristina, the star, who plays the Queen, reigns without sharing on the stage. Fascinated by this troubled, powerful and vulnerable woman, Jeanne became her protégé and confidant as the trap closed on her.
