Stratis Chatzielenoudas

Stratis Chatzielenoudas was born in Athens in 1982. Studied drawing, painting and Electrical Engineering in the Technological Institute of Larissa. Since 2006 he has been working as an assistant director in cinema and television.He has directed documentaries, sport TV shows, music videos and commercials as well as several experimental short films. He is mostly known as film director for the multi nominated short film “Die Young”. His short film ”Athens.Fail.Better.” won “Best Experimental Film Award” at Euroshorts 2014 in Poland.

In 2013 he started working for his debut feature film project “Haunted By City Lights”. The project selected by SOURCES2 script development workshop for feature film projects in Berlin/2014.

He is the co-founder of the Athens based all in house production studio Margot Filmhouse.
