Emmanuelle Fournier-Lorentz
Emmanuelle Fournier-Lorentz studied philosophy and photography before turning to writing novels and screenplays.
Her first novel, “Villa Royale” (2022), published by Gallimard, won the Del Duca Foundation Prize, the Prix Michel Dentan, and was translated into german.
She writes screenplays for documentaries (“Ardente.x.s”, Patrick Muroni, 2022), films (“Bisons”, Pierre Monnard, 2024) and Theatre plays (“Art majeur”, at the Comédie Française from March to May 2024).
Alongside co-writing the next film for Swiss director Jenna Hasse, she is finishing her second novel, “Jacob”.
